Boanerges School of Ministry

Privacy and your BSoM records

Updated 20 September 2026

BSoM House Accountability is operated for Boanerges School of Ministry to record house participation, weekly leadership, teaching, review and follow-up. Teaching and fellowship continue on WhatsApp.

Information this system holds

The register contains your name, sign-in email, house and responsibility. Weekly records can include participation, teaching topics and Scriptures, doctrinal alignment, leadership reflections, overseer comments and follow-up needs. These records may reveal religious beliefs and should be handled with care. Leaders should record only information needed for discipleship accountability and avoid unnecessary personal details.

Phone alerts and offline drafts

If you enable phone notifications, the system stores your browser push subscription and sends assignment alerts through your browser provider. You can disable alerts in the app or phone settings. If you prepare an offline report, member names and your report draft are stored on that phone for up to seven days of offline access. Use a locked personal phone. Drafts are removed after successful submission or when you sign out of the workspace; you can also clear them on the offline screen. Clearing browser storage may remove unsent drafts.

Leadership assignment emails

When a leader is assigned, the system queues an email containing their name, house, assigned week and a link to the app. The ministry’s Google-hosted mail runner processes these messages when connected. Weekly reports and doctrinal assessments are not included in the email. Assignment changes, rotation settings and email outcomes are recorded for accountability. An email accepted by the sending service may still be delayed or filtered by the recipient’s mailbox.

Google sign-in

Google verifies your identity and supplies your account identifier, verified email and basic profile. The system matches your email to the existing BSoM register. It does not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, Drive files or Google password. Signing in does not register a new member automatically.

Who can access records

The BSoM administrator and all-house overseers can access records across the houses. Registered members and house overseers can access their own house’s records. Only the assigned weekly leader can write that week’s report. The public sign-in page does not display membership or report records.

Services and cookies

The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure to serve the application and store its records. Google provides member authentication; the administrator may use ChatGPT authentication. These providers process information needed to operate their services. The application uses essential cookies to complete sign-in and maintain a session, which expires after seven days.

Corrections and retention

Records remain in the system for BSoM accountability and follow-up; the application does not currently delete them automatically. Contact the BSoM administrator about access, corrections, removal or questions about your records. Requests are handled by the administrator rather than a self-service deletion feature.

Contact

Contact BSoM administration through your house leadership or the support address shown on the Google sign-in screen.
